This Privacy Policy sets forth EQUMAS’ practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you may provide through the sites www.equmas.com and our OQMS platform. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the platform/website or submitting information to EQUMAS through the platform/website. By personal data, we mean any information which enables us to identify you, or which is capable of being associated with you, directly or indirectly, and includes any identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, IP address or online identifier. It does not include data which has been de-identified (e.g., via anonymization or pseudonymization).

We collect this information when you submit a whitepaper or a demo request on our website.
